Clinic policies
At Dr Roxanna Aesthetics, we truly value the time and commitment of our patients, and we work hard to ensure every appointment runs as smoothly as possible. Your booking is reserved especially for you, and these policies help us keep things fair and efficient for everyone.
1. Deposits
All bookings require a £50 deposit, which is redeemable against any treatment.
If you attend a consultation and decide to proceed with treatment at a later date (within our booking timeframe), your £50 deposit can be transferred to that treatment.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
If you cancel without the required notice or do not attend, your deposit will be forfeited in line with our policy below.
2. Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
More than 48 hours’ notice – your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date within 4 weeks.
Less than 48 hours’ notice – your deposit will be forfeited.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice without losing your deposit.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
4. No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit in full.
A new deposit will be required for future bookings.
5. Preparing for Your Appointment
To make the most of your time in clinic, please complete your medical history and consent forms before you arrive.
Arriving without completed forms can delay your treatment and may mean we need to shorten your session so we can stay on schedule for all patients.
We appreciate your cooperation so we can focus fully on your treatment during your booked time.
6. Medical Safety & Treatment Suitability
If, upon assessment, you are found unsuitable for treatment for medical or safety reasons, your deposit will be refunded.
This does not apply to late cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes for non-medical reasons.
7. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please contact us by phone, email during clinic hours, or through our online booking system within your account. Messages received outside of these hours will be treated as received on the next business day.
